Arsalan & Brothers offers 100% free shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. Whether you order 1 pack or 3, delivery is always free to your doorstep.

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and remote areas nationwide.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

Orders placed after 6 PM PKT may be dispatched the following business day.

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 2–3 business days
• Other Major Cities (Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, etc.): 3–4 business days
• Smaller Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
• Remote & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Cash on Delivery is available across all of Pakistan. You do not need to make any advance payment. Simply place your order, and pay cash to the courier when your package arrives at your doorstep.

COD is the most popular payment method for our customers — safe, convenient, and trusted.

The specific courier used for your order depends on your delivery location and availability.

If delivery fails because no one was available to receive the order, or due to an incorrect address, our courier will attempt redelivery. To avoid delivery failures:

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
• Be available to receive your order during business hours

Currently we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are ordering from outside Pakistan, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements.
