We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions, images, and customer reviews. However, results may vary depending on the severity of infestation, application method, and environmental conditions.

All prices displayed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the final price you will be charged.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly. You will be notified promptly in such cases.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation message from us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Products being out of stock
• Pricing errors on the website
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Delivery address outside our serviceable area

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly and any payment will be fully refunded.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered to your doorstep — available across all of Pakistan
• Online Payment: Via available payment gateways at checkout (if applicable)

For COD orders, the exact order amount must be ready at the time of delivery. Our courier is not required to provide change for large denominations.

Our products are chemical pest control products. By purchasing and using these products, you agree to:

• Read and follow all instructions on the product label
• Use the included safety mask during application
• Keep children and pets away from treated areas for at least 2–3 hours
• Ventilate the treated area after application
• Store the product safely out of reach of children

Misuse of any product in violation of the label instructions is the sole responsibility of the user. Arsalan & Brothers is not liable for any harm resulting from improper use.

All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and text — is the property of Arsalan & Brothers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arsalan & Brothers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our products
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners or external factors
• Any loss or damage resulting from improper product use

Our total liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim.
