Thank you for shopping at Arsalan & Brothers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Arsalan & Brothers.
SECTION 1 - DELIVERY AREA
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most rural areas across Pakistan. If our courier partners do not service your area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or to cancel and refund your order.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free delivery across Pakistan on all orders. There are no hidden shipping or handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY TIME
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days via our courier partners, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a little longer. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 5 - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can pay the rider in cash at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready. We request that you check your parcel in front of the rider before making payment; if the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you may refuse delivery at no cost.
SECTION 6 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, our team will share your tracking details via SMS, call, or WhatsApp on the number provided at checkout. For any tracking updates, you may also contact us directly.
SECTION 7 - DELAYS
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, public holidays, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
SECTION 8 - FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY
Please ensure that the contact number and address provided at checkout are correct and complete. If a delivery attempt fails because the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or the phone is unreachable, our courier may re-attempt delivery or return the parcel to us. Repeated failed COD deliveries may affect future order acceptance.
SECTION 9 - DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
